Accessible via a central entrance hall with both left and right villa taking up the full ground floor of the expansive building. As the name suggests, The Central Villas by Kassiopi Corfu Villas are situated in central Kassiopi. Located in a quiet corner of Kassiopi, 100m from the first restaurant, bar, bakery and supermarket. A simple 3 minute stroll from Kassiopi village square. 5 minutes to Kassiopi harbour or main beach. Stay in the heart of Kassiopi but enjoy the peace and quiet too! The Central Villas are accessed via a central indoors lobby with installed luggage storage space. One villa is located to the left of the lobby, the second villa to the right.
Entrance: walk in on to the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Featuring a fully fitted kitchen, dining table, sofa-bed, smart TV and coffee table. Veranda doors open up onto the pool area allowing for plenty of natural sunlight to burst through.
Bedroom 1: one Queen size double. With veranda doors leading to BBQ and garden area at the back of the property.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (possible to convert to extra large double) With veranda doors leading to BBQ and garden area at the back of the property.

At the back of the property is located a further dining table and relaxing chairs. Being naturally shaded, offers respite from the heat whilst dining.
